Office Manager/Customer Relations


The Company

This large multi-national technology and print processing company needs a solution-focused all-rounder to start immediately!

The Role

Take charge of a small office environment, managing everything from couriers and office supplies to being the first point of contact for service enquiries for customers across Australia & NZ.  This is a truly diverse role and requires someone who can think ahead, problem solve, develop processes and overall keep the office functioning to the best efficiency.  To be considered for this role you must have demonstrated experience liaising with customers in a help desk/service support environment. Additionally, your maturity and nurturing nature, and enthusiasm to take charge will earn you the respect of the team as you develop a smooth-running, well-presented office space to be proud of.

The Responsibilities
  • Manage the purchase order process in accordance with existing policy
  • Manage all office supplies - stationery, water filter, milk, fruit delivery, etc
  • Coordinate all maintenance and cleaning requirements
  • Manage car parking for employees and visitors
  • Develop and maintain a courier booking system and communicate a clear process for the organisation, nationally
  • Liaise with management and telecommunications supplier to coordinate international roaming as required
  • First point of contact for service calls from customers
  • Coordinate team of Field Engineers
  • Follow through to close service calls
  • Build professional level of customer engagement
  • Log service calls and emails
  • Address any customer complaints in accordance with company policy
About You

Your CV will clearly demonstrate your experience as an Office Manager with Customer Relations experience.  You are analytical by nature, have a high attention to detail and enjoy problem solving. You work well under pressure, remaining calm and competent and feel at ease liaising with people at all levels demonstrating exceptional communication skills. You may come from a call centre or help desk environment but MUST HAVE office management experience with a strong grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP (desired).  Attitude is everything in this role. You're a go-getter who will whip this office into shape in no time!
