Due to team success and growth, an exciting Team Assistant opportunity has arisen within this consulting group. As part of a highly respected global organisation, you will predominantly support two of its leaders in their Sydney location.
This is a part-time, temporary opportunity (23 hours per week), however there is potential for the scope of this role to develop further.
The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Provide support to the Operations Director and the Vice President/General Manager ANZ, and wider team* Diary management and meeting coordination* Organisation of both domestic and international travel* Expenses and general administrative support * Any ad hoc tasks required as needed
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role providing PA/team support* Excellent administrative and attention to detail skills* Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite* Multi-tasking skills with great time management & the ability to prioritise effectively* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to take direction but also show initiative* Self-motivated, energetic and professional attitude with commercial savviness!
