Corporate Receptionist/Administrator- Part time


Our client is a prominent multinational electronics company currently seeking a Receptionist to join the business on a part time basis. Based in Macquarie Park, this globally recognised brand boast a strong presence across both consumer and business electronics markets.

The business is seeking a part time Receptionist to join the business and take ownership of both traditional reception duties along with a set of general administration responsibilities. As this role is a part time position, the business is also offering a degree of flexibility around working hours to fit in with your schedule.

Successful applicants for this position possess the following:

  • Demonstrable reception experience, ideally within a large organisation
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent presentation
  • The ability to multitask in a busy environment
