About the roles:

  • Be the first point of contact both face to face and over the phone for customers of the business
  • Assist customers over the phone with general enquiries
  • Support to Management as required
  • Formatting of documents
  • General housekeeping
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Assist with payroll administrative duties

To be successful:

  • You will have a professional approach to your work and appearance
  • You will have had previous experience in a front of house reception role
  • You will be well presented with excellent customer service skills
  • You will have intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills
  • You will have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
  • You will have initiative and autonomy
  • Satisfactory completion of tertiary education
