They are currently seeking to appoint the key position of Service Development Manager based in Melbourne, to join an established highly successful national team. This position will provide the overall direction and improvement support to a small group of dealers across Service and Parts.
The successful candidate will be a highly engaging, experienced influencer with a spring in their step & enthusiam for excellence. Some key elements;
- Drive state service retention and service customer satisfaction growth
- Work with Dealer Business Managers to identfiy areas of improvement, action planning and joint visitation
- Monthly & quarterly reporting to management via dealer visit reports and review meetings
- Oversee, develop and implement various customer/service level initiatives and training as required
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate high energy levels, a natural desire to succeed and the ambition to continue to develop your career. You will also be inclusive, transparent, team oriented and open to being coached and provide coaching.
Previous retail experience is considered to be an advantage as it will provide strong insight into dealership operations; knowledge of the fast paced service department is quite important, as is your ability to easily forge strong relationships.
