We are currently recruiting for a fast paced customer service role, for a successful organisation who specialise in financial solutions for both individuals and businesses.
CBD located, this is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service. It is a highly customer focused position which requires you to predominantly be on the phone answering queries, building rapport with customers and providing them with a service and solution.
You will need to have:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience, within financial services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoy customer services particularly being on the phone
- Be able to work under pressure whilst working towards deadlines
- Must be able to think on your feet, multitask and have good time management
- Happy to work towards monthly individual and team targets
- Must have full Australian working rights
