Our not-for-profit client is seeking to recruit a team of Telephone Fundraisers to undertake a short-term campaign to raise donations for the organisation's ongoing work to advocate for the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
In this temporary role, you will contact existing lists of supporters to encourage them to make regular donations to the organisation.
You will have excellent phone-based customer service skills and be a natural at carrying out polite and positive conversations. Highly motivated to achieve targets in a busy customer relations-focused role, your track record in being persuasive with customers and experience using CRM software will enable you to excel in this role.
Ideally you will have an interest or existing knowledge of issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and a personal commitment to social justice.
