Coordinator - Disability

In response to a positive organisational restructure there now exists a rare and exiting opportunity to join our client as a valued
The role of Coordinator is pivitol in leading and guiding a cohort of up to four Team Leaders whom in turn are each responsible for managing up to four residential houses within Melbourne's growing South/East corridor.
The purpose of the
position is defined in the following key areas:
Leadership & Teamwork
Coaching & Supervision
Governance & Compliance
Reporting & Admin
Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following key criteria:
Diploma in human/community services (or equivalent experience) and Diploma in Leadership and Management
Significant experience in a community services organisation, preferably with extensive disability experience
At least three years as a supervisor/coordinator/team Leader, preferably in a residential setting
The ability to work as part of an on-call roster
A full and current Victorian Driver's Licence
Preparedness to undergo workplace verification checks - Police, WWC, Australian Working Rights
You'll be driven and passionate about building capability among your Team Leaders and display natural leadership in modeling a positive attitude, professional conduct, quality outcomes and measurable service delivery. You'll enjoy working with a high performing group of senior colleagues and peers and accept responsibility and accountability to your GM and Executive team members.
