The Position
In response to a positive organisational restructure there now exists a rare and exiting opportunity to join our client as a valued Coordinator.  The role of Coordinator is pivitol in leading and guiding a cohort of up to four Team Leaders whom in turn are each responsible for managing up to four residential houses within Melbourne's growing South/East corridor.

The purpose of the Coordinator position is defined in the following key areas:

  • Governance & Compliance
  • Measuring Outcomes
  • Reporting & Admin
Essential Criteria
Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following key criteria:
  • Diploma in human/community services (or equivalent experience) and Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Significant experience in a community services organisation, preferably with extensive disability experience
  • At least three years as a supervisor/coordinator/team Leader, preferably in a residential setting
  • The ability to work as part of an on-call roster
  • A full and current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Preparedness to undergo workplace verification checks - Police, WWC, Australian Working Rights
