National Manager - Corporate Services | Brand New Role to Shape

Our client is a National Children's Charity aiming to prevent child abuse with the goal of reducing the harm it causes to children, families and young people affected by abuse.  This organisation is renowned for providing specialist counselling and therapeutic care programs to children and young people as well as running research and community awareness programs.  It is also a Registered Training Organisation and delivers accredited and unaccredited training programs Australia Wide. 

Due to significant success & subsequent growth across Australia we are now seeking to appoint various new roles within the corporate structure for strategic and operational requirements. Reporting to the CEO; This is a critical role which will form the head driving force behind the new Corporate Services Division.  If successful you:-

The focus of this role:-

  •  Executive Management; working with the CEO as a critical component with regards to Strategy, Direction, Operation of the business;
  • Leadership; Develop and maintain a service led culture with high levels of satisfaction from Internal and External Stakeholders;
  • Review and Manage Policies, Systems and Procedures;
  • Ensure the operation of Finance, Human Resources , IT, Procurement and Infrastructure Management are effective in supporting the national delivery of programs as well as overseeing the development and implementation of Strategic Plans;
  • Liaise with Government and Non-Government funding organisations for legislative and contractual obligations;
  • Strategic Management through development/implementation of Strategic Plan for the evolution and function of the Corporate Services Unit as well as monitoring Strategic Risk Management of the Foundation;
  • Corporate Services Unit Management including creating and developing innovative policies, systems and procedures and ensure the integration of operations of the Corporate services unit across the program and staff of the foundation nationally;
  • Manage and supervise all staff in the Corporate services unit;
  • Compliance Management relating to legislation standards, organisational polices and any other regularity requirements;
  • Financial Management; develop and implement and Montoro all financial and accounting activities;
  • Oversee the implementation review and report of the financial status of the organisations Projects and Programs  

You will bring:-

  • Degree Qualifications in Business, MBA (or working towards) being most attractive;
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with Operational, Management, Strategic, Regulatory and Financial responsibilities;
  • Understanding of the Non-Profit Sector & Government Funding advantage;
  • Strong Business Analytics, Proven Strategic Success and Outstanding Leadership skills where People Engagement is a standout;.

In Closing:-

  • Depending on experience and qualifications the starting salary range is 140k plus salary packaging, a fully maintained vehicle and Super reviewed based on qualifications, skills and role performance
  • The role is based in Head Office which is in the outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne to note
  • $1000 towards your personal development is on offer yearly
  • A current working with childrens check is required
