Help Desk Team Leader


Lawson Delaney have been entrusted to source an experienced Help Desk Team Leader to drive and manage their inbound financial product help desk.  This global player with a specialisation in providing investment market and financial services technology is looking for someone that is able to leader a team of four here in their Melbourne office.l
The ideal Team Leader will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
  • Experience managing help desk teams
  • Exposure to incident ticketing systems
  • An understanding of Financial Markets
  • A knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
It is not expected that you will have knowledge of their products as full training will be provided.
