The Company

A well established and reputable Worker's Compensation provider is currently seeking a results focused Case Manager who will provide sound technical knowledge and experience to a team of specialised insurance professionals.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the primary responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing on your own portfolio of claims
  • Developing and implementing strategic management plans on all significant claims
  • Interpreting medical reports
  • Liaising with medical treatment providers and negotiating positive outcomes
  • Liaising with legal parties on complex and litigated claims
Requirements for the role:
  • Experience handling end to end workers compensation claims
  • Extensive technical knowledge of current legislation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
