As an Outbound Sales Agent, you play a vital role in promoting an online application to Recruitment agencies and selling the benefit of utilising the platform. You will proactively engage with the agencies and where successful will sign them up to the application.
To thrive in this role you must have the following:
- Sales skills are essential
- Extreme flexibility with relation to 24 hour rostering
- At least 2 successful years of experience in a phone based targeted sales environment
- Experience in B2B calling, preferably with a sales related content
- At least 3 years experience in a corporate environment working accosts both sales and service platforms
- Previous experience with campaigns related to recruitment activity is ideal
